November 25th, 2014, Paul FRECHES , the cultural consul of the Department of Culture and Education of French consular section in Shanghai, Chen Nan, the commissioner of the cultural and educational affairs in French consular section in Shanghai, and Jonathan, the director of the Alliance France in Zhejiang Gongshang University paid a visit to Zhejiang Art Museum, accompanied by Shi Hui, the professor of China Academy of Art, Du Qun, the Party Branch Secretary of Zhejiang Art Museum, Yan Fei, the deputy director of the Department of Exhibition, and Li Wen, the deputy director of the Department of Education and Promotion.

Prof. Shi Hui introduced to Paul FRECHES the cooperation with such French cultural organizations as Musée Jean-Lurçat et de la Tapisserie Contemporaine and France Aubusson Gallery in the 2013 Hang Zhou Triennial of Fiber Art. Also, she introduced the art works of such French artists as Francois Dairo, Jean-Lurçat, Lucy e Joyge Orta and others. Paul FRECHES highly praised the organization and achievements of the Triennial of Fiber Art and expressed his wish to let more and more French art organizations and artists exhibit their works and collections in the next Triennial of Fiber Art with the help of French Consular Section in Shanghai. He also hoped that the Sino-France artistic communications could be more frequent in the future.
